Do you sell second-hand or refurbished rollators?
No. Trionic does not sell second-hand, refurbished or ex-demonstration rollators. Every Veloped and Walker we sell is new.
Why we don't
We sell direct rather than through a dealer network, so there is no stream of trade-ins or showroom models coming back to us. We also don't take rollators back for resale after they have been used.
If you are looking for a used Trionic
Used Velopeds and Walkers do turn up on private resale sites from time to time. Those sales are between you and the seller — we are not involved, we cannot verify the condition or the history of the rollator, and we cannot confirm what may remain of the original warranty. If you go that route, ask the seller when and where it was bought.
One thing worth knowing: a Trionic is built to be maintained. Tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, brake cables, brake drums and grips are all available as spare parts, so an older rollator in sound condition can usually be brought back to good working order rather than replaced.
If the reason is cost
In some markets we offer payment in instalments at checkout, which spreads the cost of a new rollator rather than reducing it. Whether it is available to you depends on your country and is shown during checkout.
